Username and Password provided to registered user of RootsIn.com has to be kept confidential. To use any other entity’s username and password is not to be taken as a healthy act and comes under violation of terms. Term User is also used by registered or unregistered user as well.
Commencement Date is the date which indicates acceptance of the application by user to the services provided by RootsIn.com which will be specified to the client in the terms of agreement.
Termination Date is the date on which services will be terminated and cannot be changed once communicated to user. Only in unavoidable circumstances RootsIn has right to changed the Termination Date (to terminate services immediately in case of violation of any term by user).
Services indicate services provided to an individual or an entity by RootsIn.com which is communicated to user with complete transparency and in case of any disagreement after registration of services the same cannot be cancelled.
Other Terms
Precision of the data given at the time of registration is completely user’s responsibility and will be liable to provide identity proof or any other legal document when asked.
An individual or entity should immediately report to company in case of any un-authorized use of an account, else user will be liable and answerable for any kind of legal questions.
RootsIn.com is wholly and solely responsible, and has complete rights to edit or modify any information at any point of time without prior notice.
User is not authorized or allowed to resell or reutilize the services provided by RootsIn.com to any other user or entity.
User shall not use the services for any other purpose than mentioned while taking the services.
